Who pays for the chaplain?

The service is free to both the employer and the employee. Many chaplains are volunteers, giving their time for free. However, the work of the chaplaincy is supported by donations from both churches and supporting companies. We wouldn't be here if we didn't receive these donations.

The added value of chaplaincy 

In addition to benefiting individual employees - which can have a very direct positive impact on business performance - over time, chaplains can become valued ‘guests’ of the organisation, providing honest feedback and unique insights to managers, (when they are invited and the bounds of confidentiality allow).
